Sleep Optimisation & Fatigue Management

This course provides an introduction to the biological mechanisms which make us sleep and what influences these mechanisms.  These mechanisms are reinforced when learning about the importance of sleep and how to optimise it, common sleep disorders and managing fatigue.

Course entry prerequisites

No prerequisite knowledge is required to undertake this course although those who have completed year 10 high school may find some concepts easier to understand than those who have not.
